I have always been drawn to patterns—how they move through the body, emotions, and life itself. In acupuncture and Chinese Medicine I see healing as pattern recognition. Once a pattern reveals itself, it opens a door for a more natural rhythm, where breath deepens, tension unwinds, and the nervous system settles. My work invites you into that space.

With over a decade of professional healing experience, my path has woven together many traditions: Classical Five Element Acupuncture, Taoist martial arts, bodywork, and traditional healing lineages from the Andes to Central America. I hold a Master’s degree in Acupuncture after 7 years of acupuncture training, with advanced studies under Jeffrey Yuen—88th generation of the Jade Purity Lineage, and at the Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture in Boulder, Colorado.

My background includes:

  • Amma Therapy Bodywork based in Chinese Medicine and Eastern Philosophy

  • Shamanic Healing certification of 10 yrs- primarily from the Q’ero lineage of Peru

  • Mayan Abdominal Massage and plant-based ceremonial work from Miss Beatrice of Belize

  • Traditional and Galactic astrology studies from some of the best astrologers of our time

These modalities are not separate—I weave them together into the tapestry of who I am and what I am able to offer.

My approach is quiet, attuned, and spacious. I listen for what is ready to emerge.

Outside the clinic, I’m often by the ocean, working with clay or paint, or walking through forests. I once lived off-grid in a tipi for 2 years with my wolf dog Nico, where life distilled its simple essence to me, and I spent my time chopping wood, carrying water, watching the stars and gazing into the fire. That time taught me how to listen—listen to land, to silence, and to the subtler language of life. Living that close to the elements guides how I practice today and reminds me that healing is not linear, it moves like the tide.
